ISP Connect is a universal customer application used by customers of participating Internet Service Providers (“ISP Partners”). It may provide access to services including broadband account management, bill payment, recharge, usage information, complaints, service requests, notifications and Wi-Fi/router management enabled by the relevant ISP Partner. By downloading, installing, accessing or using ISP Connect, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
TrustLink provides the technology platform and application infrastructure. OctaNet is the underlying ISP management platform. Your internet connection, broadband subscription, plan, billing relationship, service availability and network services are provided by your respective ISP Partner, who remains responsible for the broadband services it provides. Certain information displayed in ISP Connect is obtained from your ISP Partner’s billing, CRM, network, authentication or device-management systems. Some services may not be available to every ISP or customer.
You may use ISP Connect only if you are legally capable of entering into these Terms and are authorized to use the broadband account associated with the App. If an ISP account is registered in another person’s name, you must have appropriate authorization to access and use that account.
Depending on the ISP Partner’s configuration, you may authenticate using a mobile number, customer ID, broadband account number, OTP, password or other mechanisms. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your authentication information and must not share OTPs or passwords, attempt to access another customer’s account, circumvent authentication mechanisms, or use another customer’s credentials without authorization. Notify your ISP or TrustLink immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
ISP Connect may allow you to view or manage services provided by your ISP Partner, including broadband plans, account status, internet usage, data consumption, billing, recharge, payments, service requests, complaints, Wi-Fi configuration, router/ONT information, connected-device information, technical support and notifications. Availability depends on the services and integrations enabled by your ISP Partner.
ISP Connect may provide facilities to view bills, recharge accounts and make payments. Payments may be processed through third-party payment gateways, banks, UPI providers or other authorized payment service providers. A payment may remain subject to confirmation by the relevant provider or ISP Partner. Refunds, reversals or payment disputes are handled according to the applicable payment provider’s and ISP Partner’s policies.
Information relating to plans, pricing, validity, speed, usage, offers, recharge and subscription status is provided based on information received from the applicable ISP Partner, who is responsible for its accuracy and availability.
Where enabled by the ISP Partner, ISP Connect may allow customers to view or manage supported routers, ONTs or other network devices (device status, Wi-Fi settings, SSID configuration, Wi-Fi password changes, device restart, connected-device information, network diagnostics and other supported functions). These depend on device model, firmware, ISP configuration, network architecture and device-management systems. TrustLink does not guarantee that every device will support every feature. Customers must not use the App to intentionally disrupt, disable or interfere with network services or devices belonging to another person.
ISP Connect may allow you to create complaints, tickets and service requests. Information submitted may be shared with the applicable ISP Partner or authorized service personnel to resolve the request. You are responsible for ensuring submitted information is accurate and does not unlawfully contain another person’s confidential or personal information.
If you grant notification permission, ISP Connect may send service-related notifications including payment confirmations, bill reminders, recharge confirmations, complaint updates, service alerts, account notifications, network notifications and important operational communications. You may disable notifications through your device settings, although this may prevent you from receiving important service updates.
ISP Connect is a multi-ISP application. After authentication, it may dynamically display the applicable ISP Partner’s logo, name, colours, theme, services, contact information, offers and customer-service information. The displayed branding does not change the identity of TrustLink as the technology provider.
Certain versions or features may use artificial intelligence or automated technologies for personalization, customer assistance, support, service categorization, troubleshooting, recommendations and application configuration. AI-generated information may occasionally be incomplete, inaccurate or unsuitable for a particular situation. Customers should not rely solely on automated recommendations where professional, technical, financial or other authoritative advice is required.
You agree not to use the App for unlawful purposes; attempt unauthorized access to systems or accounts; reverse engineer or decompile the App except where expressly permitted by law; circumvent security controls; introduce malware; interfere with the operation of the App; attempt to access another ISP’s or customer’s information; use automated systems to abuse APIs or services; misuse payment functionality; submit fraudulent complaints or transactions; or use the App to interfere with network infrastructure.
ISP Connect, OctaNet, associated software, interfaces, technology, designs, documentation and related intellectual property are owned by or licensed to TrustLink and/or its licensors. ISP Partner trademarks, logos, names and branding remain the property of their respective owners. Except as expressly permitted, you may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, license or commercially exploit any part of the App or its technology.
The App may integrate with third-party services such as payment gateways, banks, UPI/payment providers, cloud infrastructure, notification services, analytics services, AI services, ISP systems and network-management systems, which may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
We aim to maintain reliable availability but do not guarantee that the App or any feature will always be available. Availability may be affected by internet connectivity, ISP network outages, maintenance, payment gateway availability, cloud infrastructure, third-party services, device compatibility, software updates, security incidents and force majeure events.
TrustLink provides the technology platform but does not directly control the physical broadband network operated by your ISP Partner. Issues relating to internet connectivity, fibre, ONT, OLT, network outages, broadband speed, ISP plan, billing disputes, physical installation and field support may need to be resolved by your ISP Partner.
Your access to ISP Connect may be restricted or suspended where reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, unauthorized access, abuse, violation of these Terms, ISP account termination or legal/regulatory requirements. Account suspension is not intended to replace the account-deletion process described in the Privacy Policy and Account & Data Deletion Policy.
Your use of ISP Connect is also governed by the ISP Connect Privacy Policy, which explains how personal information and device information may be collected, used, shared, protected, retained and deleted.
Where applicable, customers may request deletion of their ISP Connect account and associated personal information through the in-app account deletion facility or the designated external account-deletion mechanism. Certain information may be retained where required or permitted by law, for security, fraud prevention, financial records, dispute resolution or other legitimate purposes.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, ISP Connect is provided on an “as available” basis. TrustLink does not guarantee that the App will always be uninterrupted, that all features will be available to every ISP, that information received from an ISP will always be error-free, that every router or ONT will support every configuration feature, that every payment will be processed successfully, or that third-party services will always be available. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or protections that cannot lawfully be excluded.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TrustLink shall not be responsible for losses arising solely from ISP network outages, third-party payment-provider failures, internet connectivity failures, customer misuse of the App, unauthorized disclosure of customer credentials by the customer, third-party service interruptions, unsupported devices or incorrect information supplied by an ISP Partner. Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes may be communicated through the App, website or other appropriate means. Your continued use of ISP Connect after an updated version becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms, to the extent permitted by law.
These Terms shall be governed by the applicable laws of India. Any dispute shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts having jurisdiction over the applicable matter, subject to applicable law.
